DE L LI – Design Lusófona Lisboa is a small independent department that houses the Bachelor's degree programme in Communication Design and Master's degree programme in Design at Lusófona University, Lisboa. It is part of the university project ECATI – School of Communication, Architecture, Arts and Information Technologies.
The programmes are coordinated by the executive board Luís Alegre and Filipe Luz.
The department has a community of approximately 150 students. The teaching staff consists of 27 lectures and, almost always, one or two guests. Lectures all work on a part-time basis, and are also independent designers or artists. Some lectures are both affiliated with the academy and work for the department's research centre.

The person in charge of the secretariat is João Cunha. He helps with bureaucratic matters for students and teachers, and is also a support member of the board.
The ODW – Other DELLI Week is coordinated by Professor Rita Carvalho, who assists the curators in organising the event, helping to define pedagogical strategies and practical issues such as welcoming guests, requesting spaces or ordering materials.
Every year, two students are chosen (after applying) to help monitor the space and assist in the development of some of the course's graphic projects, such as graphic design for events, finalising publications or taking part in work in partnership with other ECATI courses. These students also support their colleagues inside DELLI Office and ensure that the space is well used and organised.
